• The tourist tax of €3.50 (€4.00 from November 2023) per person/day will be billed separately all year round.
• Children up to the age of 15 do not pay tourist tax – the deadline here is January 1st of each year.

In unserem Haus kann am Anreisetag ab 15.00 Uhr eingecheckt werden. Am Abreisetag bitten wir Sie, das Appartement bzw. Zimmer bis spätestens 10.00 Uhr zu räumen.

If canceled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the total booking will be charged.

Stornierungen und Änderungen, die bis zu 7 Tage vor Anreisedatum erfolgen werden mit 70 Prozent der gesamten Buchung berechnet.

If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

• If canceled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

• If canceled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the total booking will be charged.
